Ed was the son of the late Alexandrina (Oliveira) and John Vieira, and resided in Portsmouth during his adult life.Mr. Ed was the beloved husband of the late Leah (Izadore) Vieira, and father of Paul Vieira and father-in-law of Karen Joslin Vieira of Portsmouth, RI. Vieira of Portsmouth RI passed away on 28 October, 2017 at the age of 94. The collection represents the history of the United States Navy Seabees and Civil Engineer Corps and covers all major conflicts including World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War era, the Persian Gulf War to current operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.Edward T.
